X

"I had a wonderful experience with Iconic Styling + Design Studio while building my new house.  Leah not only executed the style and vision I had in mind, but she enhanced it.  I didn’t feel overwhelmed during the process of selecting finishes and furnishings because her guidance made it easy.  The finished result was a place that was unique, beautiful and now a home."    -  S.B.  Homeowner

Living Space.

The living space is the first thing you see when you walk into the home and it had to be warm, inviting, and styled.

Texture & pops of color were the main driving forces in this space.

A unique take on texture, pattern, and industrial materials.  The custom cast concrete island is a timeless piece meant to age with the home.

We fell in love with this patterned tile and it made the perfect durable surface for the back side of the island.

Laundry Room.

The organizing space that dreams are made of.

Custom shelving to house laundry baskets for sorting and easy put away.

A craft area for wrapping gifts and amping up the creative energy.

Office.

This eclectic space was inspired by the homeowner's existing vintage farm table and Turkish rug.

The rug was too small for the space so we layered it with a sisal texture.

The main living space walks out onto a spacious deck with modern glass railing.  A beautiful, relaxing area to enjoy the view.

Tilly & Minka love their new home and especially appreciate how durable all of the furnishings are so they don't get in trouble.
